报道2003~2006年发现的3例原发性血色病患者,3例均为男性,有典型皮肤色素沉着、糖尿病、肝肿大;血清铁蛋白明显升高,分别为1414.7μg/L、902μg/L、1063.4μg/L。2例有心功能衰竭,性功能减低。3例均行腹部CT检查,肝脏CT值均明显增强。例1行去铁铵及双重滤过血浆置换治疗后,血清铁蛋白由1414.7μg降为245μg/L,例2死于心功能衰竭,例3行放血治疗血清铁蛋白由1063.4μg/L降为556.0μg/L。
Reported from 2003 to 2006 found that 3 cases of primary hemochromatosis patients, 3 were male, with typical skin pigmentation, diabetes, hepatomegaly; serum ferritin was significantly elevated, respectively, 1414.7μg / L, 902μg / L, 1063.4 μg / L. 2 cases of heart failure, decreased sexual function. 3 cases underwent abdominal CT examination, liver CT values were significantly increased. Serum ferritin was reduced from 1414.7 μg to 245 μg / L in case 1 of deferoxamine and double-filtration plasmapheresis, with 2 died of heart failure in case 2, and blood ferritin in case 3 was reduced from 1063.4 μg / L to 556.0 μg / L.
