目的探讨某部军队医护人员睡眠质量与人格特征的相关关系,为提高军队医护人员睡眠质量提供参考。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和自编一般情况调查表,对某部102名军队医护人员进行调查。结果1某部102名军队医护人员PSQI总均分为(5.84±3.29)分,与国内正常人群比较,差异有统计学意义(t=7.26,P<0.01),军队医护人员睡眠问题的检出率为23.5%。2军队医护人员总体人格特征状况:外向(24.5%)和稳定性(22.5%)人员有较高比例。3PSQI总分及各成分得分与EPQ-P(r=0.354~0.449,P<0.05或P<0.01)、EPQ-N(r=0.399~0.542,P<0.01)呈正相关,与EPQ-E(r=-0.273~-0.370,P<0.05或P>0.05)、EPQ-L(r=-0.335~-0.391,P<0.05或P>0.05)呈负相关;多元逐步回归分析结果显示,EPQ中的N、P、E维度进入回归方程,其中,EPQ-N对睡眠质量影响的解释量最大,为28.7%。4性别(r=-0.215,P<0.05)、受教育程度(r=0.239,P<0.05)与PSQI总分相关。结论军队医护人员的人格特征对睡眠质量有显著影响,其中情绪稳定性对睡眠质量的影响最大。
Objective To explore the relationship between sleep quality and personality traits of a certain army medical staff and to provide references for improving the quality of sleep of military medical staff. Methods Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale, EPQ and self-compiled questionnaire were used to survey 102 military health workers in a certain department. Results 1 The total PSQI scores of 102 medical staffs in a certain department were (5.84 ± 3.29) points, which were significantly different from those in the domestic normal population (t = 7.26, P <0.01). The detection of sleep problems among military health workers The rate is 23.5%. 2 The general personality characteristics of military medical staff: There is a high proportion of staff (24.5%) and stability (22.5%). The total score of 3PSQI and its scores were positively correlated with EPQ-P (r = 0.354-0.449, P <0.05 or P <0.01) and EPQ-N = -0.273 ~ -0.370, P <0.05 or P> 0.05), EPQ-L (r = -0.335 -0.391, P <0.05 or P> 0.05). The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that EPQ N, P and E entered the regression equation. Among them, EPQ-N explained the impact of sleep quality the most, which was 28.7%. 4 sex (r = -0.215, P <0.05). The level of education (r = 0.239, P <0.05) was correlated with the PSQI score. Conclusion Personality characteristics of military medical staff have a significant impact on sleep quality, of which emotional stability has the greatest impact on sleep quality.
