为贯彻执行《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》和提高部队的食品卫生管理水平,由全军营养与食品卫生检验研究中心牵头,组成全军食品卫生调研协作组,于1988年7~9月进行了全军食品卫生调研。调查了全国各级单位和医院所属的各类食堂555个和食品企业单位336个。其中抽检了4679件餐厨具和652名食品从业人员手掌的细菌学污染情况。并就卫生评价指标问题进行探讨。
In order to implement the “Food Hygiene Law of the People’s Republic of China” and improve the troops’ food hygiene management level, the PLA’s Nourishment and Food Sanitation Inspection and Research Center led the formation of a collaborative research group on food hygiene in the whole army.
