研究生协同创新参与方的结构网络化程度逐步增强这一问题得到越来越多的关注。在深入分析研究生协同创新网络构成要素及各要素相互关系的基础上,首先构造了知识共享和社会关系网络的超网络模型,建立了基于关系价值最大和成本最小等不同偏好下的多目标最优决策模型,并运用变分不等式求解。研究发现:当社会关系水平较低时,很难得到同时满足所有参与方目标最优,难以实现超网络均衡;即使社会水平较高,但知识共享较低时,得到的超网络均衡也不稳定。研究最后探索了提升研究生协同创新能力的途径。
The issue of gradual increase in the degree of network structure of graduate students’ collaborative innovation has drawn more and more attention. On the basis of deeply analyzing the elements of the co-innovation network of graduate students and the interrelationship of the elements, a super-network model of knowledge sharing and social network is constructed firstly, and then the multi-objective optimality model based on the multi-objective optimality Decision-making model, and use variational inequality solution. The research finds that it is difficult to obtain the optimal goal of all the participants at the same time when the social relationship is low, and it is difficult to realize the super-network equilibrium. Even if the social level is high, the obtained super-network equilibrium is not stable even when the knowledge sharing is low . Finally, the research explores ways to enhance the co-innovation ability of graduate students.
