目的对浙江省近年两次甲3亚型(H3N2)流行性感冒(流感)病毒流行的代表株,与猪型H3N2株流感病毒在主要抗原基因间进行比较分析,探讨二者间的亲缘关系。方法对这两次流行流感病毒代表株的血凝素(Hemagglutinin,HA)与神经氨酸酶(Neuraminidase,NA)基因作序列测定,并与同期的人、猪流感毒株的相应基因作同源性与进化树分析。结果浙江省这两次H3N2流感流行中的代表株甲(3A3)/浙江(Zhejiang,ZJ)/10/98、A3/ZJ/6/99、A3/ZJ/8/02与猪流感病毒A3/猪型(SW)/安大略(Ontario,ON)/130/97、A3/SW/香港(Hongkong,HK)/4361/99、A3/SW/HK/74/02在HA1区的同源性,分别为99.1%、99.4%、99.4%;在NA区,A3/ZJ/10/98、A3/ZJ/6/99、A3/ZJ/8/02与猪流感病毒A3/SW/ON/130/97、A3/SW/HK/4361/99、A3/SW/HK/74/02的同源性,分别达到98.2%、99.3%、99.3%。二者之间均呈现出很高的同源性,有的远高于它与同期人流感毒株的同源性,在基因系统进化树上也呈现出这一状况。结论浙江省这两次H3N2流感流行的毒株与猪流感的某些毒株之间存在着密切的联系,猪流感与人流感之间的关系值得深入研究。
Objective To compare and analyze the prevalence of H3N2 Influenza virus (H3N2) influenza virus among the major antigen genes of swine H3N2 strains in Zhejiang Province in recent years and to explore the genetic relationship between them. Methods The hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) genes of the two strains of influenza virus were sequenced and compared with the corresponding genes of human and swine flu strains in the same period Sex and evolutionary tree analysis. Results The prevalence of influenza A (H3N2) influenza in Zhejiang province was significantly higher than that of the controls in Zhejiang, ZJ / 10/98, A3 / ZJ / 6/99, A3 / ZJ / Homology of the HA1 region in SW1 / Ontario / ON / 130/97, A3 / SW / Hongkong, HK / 4361/99, A3 / SW / HK / 74/02 Were 99.1%, 99.4% and 99.4% respectively; in the NA region, A3 / ZJ / 10/98, A3 / ZJ / 6/99, A3 / ZJ / 8/02 and swine flu A3 / SW / ON / 130/97 , A3 / SW / HK / 4361/99 and A3 / SW / HK / 74/02, respectively, reached 98.2%, 99.3% and 99.3% respectively. Both showed a high homology, and some were much higher than that of human influenza strains in the same period, which also showed in the phylogenetic tree. Conclusion There is a close relationship between these two strains of H3N2 influenza virus and some strains of swine flu in Zhejiang Province. The relationship between swine flu and human flu deserves further study.
