幼儿教师的职业状况直接影响着学前教育的发展。然而,我国还存在着很多幼儿教师身份不明确、职称不独立、编制设置停滞、工资待遇差、同工不同酬等现象,造成了幼儿教师心态浮躁、工作倦怠、队伍不稳定、素质参差不齐等问题,严重制约了幼儿教育事业的健康发展。
