提出一种基于高效磨削的新型免修整型柔性砂轮。采用气囊式内胎和连接式弹簧环结构减少磨削中振动影响,便于控制砂轮表面砂带的张紧力。实验表明该砂轮具有高的磨削效率和精度。
A new type of dressing-free flexible grinding wheel based on high efficiency grinding is proposed. The use of bladder-type inner tube and the connection spring ring structure to reduce the impact of grinding vibration, easy to control the grinding wheel surface tension belt. Experiments show that the grinding wheel has high grinding efficiency and accuracy.
