研究了固溶与时效处理制度对2195合金性能和组织的影响。结果表明:固溶温度、保温时间、淬火冷却速度对合金性能有很大影响;低温人工时效能够改善合金晶界状况和强化相T1的分布,提高合金强塑性;预变形时效时,能大大促进T1相析出,显著提高强度,选择合适的预变形量与时效时间搭配, 可以获取良好的强塑性能;预变形前室温停留也影响合金性能。
The effects of solution treatment and aging treatment on the properties and microstructure of 2195 alloy were studied. The results show that the solution temperature, holding time and cooling rate have a great influence on the properties of the alloy. Low temperature artificial aging can improve the grain boundary condition and strengthen the distribution of phase T1 and improve the ductility of the alloy. Pre-deformation aging can greatly promote T1 phase precipitation, a significant increase in strength, select the appropriate amount of pre-deformation and aging time with, you can get a good performance of strong plastic; Pre-deformation at room temperature also affect the alloy properties.
