在导向剂存在下,直接由Na_2O-SiO_2-H_3BO_3-H_2O体系合成B-Si Pentasil型分子筛,找到了合成的最佳条件;建立了反应混合物的三元晶化相区图,考察了分子筛生成的动力学规律及其介稳相的转化;测定了分子筛的吸附和热稳定性。
In the presence of a directing agent, B-Si Pentasil zeolite was directly synthesized from Na 2 O-SiO 2 -H 3 BO 3 -H 2 O system, and the optimum conditions for the synthesis were found. The ternary crystallization phase diagram of the reaction mixture was established. Kinetics and transformation of the metastable phase. The adsorption and thermal stability of the molecular sieve were measured.
