At the invitation of Japan Aerospace Industry Association (SJAC), Prof. Feng Weisuan, an expert in the Laboratory of Reliability and Environmental Engineering and Technology, Beijing Institute of Satellite Environmental Engineering (BISEE), went to Tokyo, Japan on January 25-28, 2015 to attend the third ISO / WD19923 “Spacecraft in the worst environment charged potential estimation” standard seminar. This International Standard belongs to Cluster 4 (Space Environment: Nature and Manpower) of ISO / TC 20 / SC 14 (Space Systems and Operations).
