目的 探讨CD4 +T细胞表面CD15 4的表达在临床上诊断新生儿细菌感染的意义。方法 用全血法标记CD4 +T细胞表面CD15 4的表达 ,借助流式细胞仪分别测定了 19例正常足月新生儿和 17例细菌感染足月新生儿治疗前后CD4 +T细胞表面CD15 4的表达 ,观察分析其在足月健康新生儿组及足月细菌感染新生儿组治疗前后的变化。结果 两组脐血CD4 +T细胞上的表达分别为 (1 0 8± 1 0 4 ) %和 (6 6 9± 7 87) % ,两组之间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而足月细菌感染新生儿组 (n =10 )治疗前后CD15 4表达量分别为 (7 70± 9 4 5 ) %和(7 4 6± 7 6 6 ) % ,两者差异没有显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 CD15 4在脐血CD4 +T细胞上的表达较低 ,新生儿CD4 +T细胞表面的CD15 4在细菌感染时表达上调 ,CD15 4的表达可作为诊断新生儿细菌感染的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD15 4 expression on CD4 + T cells in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection. Methods The expression of CD15 4 on CD4 + T cells was detected by whole blood method. The expression of CD15 4 on CD4 + T cells in 19 normal full-term newborns and 17 cases of full-term newborns with bacterial infection were measured by flow cytometry Expression and observation of changes in the full-term healthy neonates and full-term neonatal bacterial infection before and after treatment. Results The expression of umbilical cord blood CD4 + T cells were (1 0 8 ± 1 0 4)% and (6 6 9 ± 7 87)%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P 0 05) ; While the expression of CD15 4 in neonates with full-term bacterial infection (n = 10) was (7 70 ± 9 4 5)% and (74 6 ± 7 6 6)%, respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups P> 0 0 5). Conclusion The expression of CD15 4 on cord blood CD4 + T cells is low. The expression of CD15 4 on neonatal CD4 + T cells is up-regulated during bacterial infection. The expression of CD15 4 can be used as a reference index in diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection.
