In January 1989, I took off my uniforms for 29 years and returned to my hometown of Taicang City. At the beginning of the organization, I arranged for the People’s Bank of China to serve as the vice president. However, when the report to the organizing department came, the leaders asked me to talk to me and asked me to go to the bureau chief. People’s Bank compared with the Archives, most people think that one is Miriam, one is chaff. At that time, there were many conscientious friends who urged me not to work in the archives. I had no right, I did not have any money, and I did not have any status. However, I have to consider again and again that I am a military soldier educated for 29 years and that obeying orders is the vocation of the military. I am a party member who has joined the party for many years. I should obey the party’s arrangements and go to the party’s most needed place for her cause. Archives need to go to the Archives job, the road is people come out, I would like to do the archives front of the entrepreneurs.
