垂体在人体的生长、代谢和生殖功能的调节过程中起着核心的作用。许多影响到下丘脑-垂体轴的病变都可能会产生相应的内分泌和神经系统症状。垂体腺瘤是垂体最常见的病变,也是鞍区最常见的原发肿瘤。随着影像设备的不断发展与提高,尤其是磁共振成像(MRI)硬件设备的更新以及不同成像技术的更新,诊断垂体腺瘤的准确率也在不断提高,同时能够更好的为治疗方案的选择和治疗效果的评估提供有力的依据。本文就MRI诊断垂体腺瘤的最新研究进展作一综述。
