本文介绍了一种4.4—5.0GHz频段的对流层散射通信微波接收机。本机采用砷化镓场效应晶体管放大器作为前端低噪放大,其整机噪声系数N_F≤4.5dB(含天线预选器在内)。本振采用脉冲锁相技术。通过4个月的室内联试及近5个月的平地172公里的野外联试,结果表明;本机性能稳定、工作可靠、方案合理可行、各项技术指标达到设计要求。
This article introduces a 4.4-5.0GHz band troposcatter microwave receiver. The machine uses gallium arsenide field-effect transistor amplifier as a front-end low-noise amplifier, the noise factor of the machine N_F ≤ 4.5dB (including antenna preselector included). The local oscillator using pulse phase lock technology. After 4 months of indoor trial and field test of 172 km in the recent 5 months, the results showed that: The performance of this machine is stable, the work is reliable, the scheme is reasonable and feasible, and the technical indexes meet the design requirements.
