本文借助中德合作(江西)职业教育项目的经验,对比论述了“教学评价”在中德两国职业教育教学改革中的关键作用,探讨了职业学校开展“能力发展评价”所应遵循的原则要求,分析了我国职业院校借鉴德国教学及其评价模式的策略和潜在的问题。最后文章呼吁围绕“能力发展评价”组织系统化的教师培训和评价方案设计。
Based on the experience of the Sino-German cooperation (Jiangxi) vocational education project, this paper discusses the key role of “teaching evaluation ” in the reform of vocational education in China and Germany, and probes into the development of vocational education in vocational schools The principle and principle that should be followed are analyzed, and the strategies and potential problems that our vocational colleges draw on German teaching and its evaluation mode are analyzed. The final article calls for the systematic training of teacher training and evaluation programs around “Competency Development Assessment”.
