采用70%乙醇回流法对小甘菊不同部位进行了总黄酮的提取,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法对其进行了含量测定,结果表明总黄酮的含量顺序为叶>花>茎。并采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对小甘菊不同部位总黄酮进行了定性分析及比较,以正丁醇-醋酸-水(4:1:5)为展开剂。结果表明小甘菊不同部位总黄酮既有相同的成分又有不同的成分。
The total flavonoids were extracted from different parts of C. morifolium using 70% ethanol refluxing method. Rutin was used as the reference substance and its content was determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the order of total flavonoids was leaf> flower> stem. . Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was used to qualitatively analyze and compare the total flavonoids in different parts of Chamomile. The n-butanol-acetic acid-water (4:1:5) was used as developing agent. The results showed that the total flavonoids in different parts of Camellia juncea had both the same components and different components.
