对低碳钢进行镁处理,利用SEM-EDS研究钢中夹杂物的形貌、成分和尺寸分布,通过金相显微镜观察钢的微观组织。结果表明:镁处理后,Mg-Al复合夹杂物以MgO-MgO·Al_2O_3固溶体形式存在;钢中66%的夹杂物尺寸小于3μm;单位体积夹杂物数量提高了17.3%;通过对比观察Mg处理后钢样的金相显微组织,发现Mg-Al复合夹杂物能够有效诱导晶内针状铁素体形核。
The low carbon steel was treated with magnesium, the morphology, composition and size distribution of inclusions in steel were studied by SEM-EDS. The microstructure of the steel was observed by optical microscope. The results show that Mg-Al composite inclusions exist in the form of MgO-MgO · Al 2 O 3 solid solution; the size of 66% inclusions in steel is less than 3μm; the number of inclusions per unit volume increases by 17.3% The metallurgical microstructure of the steel shows that Mg-Al inclusions can effectively induce intragranular acicular ferrite nucleation.
