1 材料 实验动物:健康雄性Wistar大鼠,体重200~300g,哈医大动物学部提供,实验动物随机分为4组,实验时用2%戊巴比妥钠麻醉,取离体心脏时加肝素抗凝。药品:刺五加注射液(黑龙江省完达山制药厂,红花黄色素:0.3g生药/ml,采用王承颂报道方法自制,再用0.2μm滤膜过滤精制。丙二醛双乙基脲为MDA测定标准品(Sigma.CO.),余为国产分析纯试剂。仪器:采用722分光光度计(上海第三分析仪器厂),MPF-66型荧光分光光度计(美国Perkin-Elmer公司)。2 实验方法 采用Langehdoff无作功非循环式离体心脏灌流
1 Materials: Experimental animals: Healthy male Wistar rats, weighing 200-300 g, provided by Department of Zoology, Harbin Medical University. Experimental animals were randomly divided into 4 groups. During the experiment, anesthesia was performed with 2% pentobarbital sodium, and heparin resistance was taken when the heart was isolated. Condensation. Drugs: Acanthopanax injection (Wandashan Pharmaceutical Factory, Heilongjiang Province, safflower yellow: 0.3g crude drug/ml, self-prepared using Wang Chengsong’s report method, and then refined by 0.2μm filter membrane. Malondialdehyde Diethyl Urea is the MDA standard product (Sigma.CO.), and the rest is domestically produced analytical reagents..
