我们的实践和人家的经验告诉我们:要搞活科技工作,就得先搞活科委;要搞活科委,就得兴办实体。近两年,我们以自强自力、办实事为指导思想,在兴办实体方面作了一些尝试。目前,地区科委及其二级机构独办、联办经济实体有10个,11个县市科委办有经济实体12个,共拥有固定资产260万元,从业人数270余人,部分企业已初见效益,预计今年产值可达1360万元,科委系统能获取利润120万元,发展趋势良好。从过来的情况看,我们主要有三点体会。 Our practice and the experience of other people tell us: To invigorate the work of science and technology, we must first enliven the science and technology commission; to invigorate the science and technology commission, we must set up an entity.
