目的:研究足三里注射黄芪注射液对气虚自汗模型大鼠体温调节中枢的作用。方法:以烟熏+灌胃麻黄汤法复制大鼠气虚自汗模型。实验分为对照(灌胃,等容生理盐水)组、模型(灌胃,等容生理盐水)组、生理盐水穴位注射(注射,等容生理盐水)组、参麦注射液穴位注射(注射,0.3ml/kg)组与黄芪高、低剂量穴位注射(注射,0.8、0.4ml/kg)组。每天给药1次,连续10d。以ELISA法检测大鼠下丘脑环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、前列腺素(PG)E2、β-内啡呔含量。结果:与对照组比较,模型组大鼠丘脑cAMP、PGE2、β-内啡肽含量显著增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,黄芪高、低剂量穴位注射组大鼠丘脑cAMP、PGE2、β-内啡肽含量显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:足三里注射黄芪注射液对气虚自汗大鼠的体温调节中枢有一定调节作用。
Objective: To study the effect of astragalus injection of Zusanli (ST36) on temperature regulation center of rats with Qi-deficiency and spontaneous perspiration. Methods: The model of Qi-deficiency and spontaneous perspiration was duplicated with smoked and intragastric Mahuang decoction. The experiment was divided into the control group (gavage and isosceral saline group), the model group (gavage, isocrine normal saline group), saline injection (injection, isocrine normal saline group), shenmai injection acupoint injection (injection, 0.3ml / kg) group and Astragalus high, low dose point injection (injection, 0.8,0.4ml / kg) group. Administered once a day for 10 days. The contents of cAMP, prostaglandin E2 and β-endorphin in the hypothalamus were detected by ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, the contents of cAMP, PGE2 and β-endorphin in the thalamus of model group were significantly increased (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the contents of cAMP, PGE2, β-endorphin content decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: Astragalus injection injected into Zusanli can regulate the body temperature regulation center in spontaneously hypertensive rats.
