Analytical chemistry often use organic solvents. Especially in the chromogenic reaction commonly used low-carbon alcohol such as methanol, ethanol and other dissolved organic reagents. The introduction of alcohol sometimes has a great influence on the reaction rate, sensitivity or reaction conditions. Such phenomena have drawn people’s attention in recent years.
