[目的]探讨NF κB、cyclinD1在胶质瘤中的表达及意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测NF κBp65、cyclinD1在45例胶质瘤组织及10例正常大脑组织中的表达情况。[结果]胶质瘤中NF κBp65蛋白阳性表达率为60.0 % (27/45) ,cyclinD1阳性率为42.2% (19/45) ,10例正常脑组织中NF κBp65、CyclinD1无1例阳性表达。NF κBp65、CyclinD1表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度有关。NF κBp65表达与CyclinD1表达呈显著正相关。[结论]NF κBp65是与胶质瘤相关的新的癌蛋白 ,NF κBp65上调CyclinD1的表达 ,可导致胶质瘤的发生。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of NF-κB and cyclinD1 in glioma and its significance. [Methods] The expression of NF-κBp65 and cyclinD1 in 45 glioma tissues and 10 normal brain tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive expression rate of NF-κBp65 protein in glioma was 60.0% (27/45), the positive rate of cyclinD1 was 42.2% (19/45). No positive expression of NF-κBp65 and CyclinD1 was found in 10 normal brain tissues. NF κBp65, CyclinD1 expression and the degree of malignancy of glioma. The expression of NF-κBp65 was positively correlated with the expression of CyclinD1. [Conclusion] NF-κBp65 is a novel oncoprotein associated with glioma. NF κBp65 up-regulates the expression of CyclinD1, which may lead to the occurrence of glioma.
