应用低密度水泥浆固井可防止因压破松软地层而导致的井漏,并能提高水泥返高,从而提高单级注水泥固井的成功率,减少或避免补注水泥作业。随着钻井工程日益进入挑战性环境,低密度水泥技术的作用日益突出。介绍了3种低密度水泥浆,其中微球体含量水泥浆在19口井中得到了应用。
Cementing with low-density cement can prevent well leakage caused by crushing soft ground and improve cement return to improve the success rate of single-stage cementing cementing and reduce or avoid refilling cement work. As drilling progresses into increasingly challenging environments, the role of low-density cementing technologies has become increasingly prominent. Three types of low-density grouts were introduced, of which microspheres were applied in 19 wells.
