我厂650中轧车间三段连续式加热炉装炉总重量达60余吨,全部压在横向水平炉筋管上,该管材质为46钢。正常运行时是水、汽两相共存,炉内最高温度为1400℃。由于管壁用塑料包扎,推算出水管外壁温度不超过304℃。正常使用寿命为3~5年。 1981年7、8两个月,加热炉先后发生八次停炉事故,均为横向水管弯曲或爆裂造成的。其中高温区第二排横水管接连三次换新水管,均仍有不同程度的爆裂。经肉眼检查裂口有明显的塑性变形,且在裂口附近有减薄胀粗现象。管外壁有氧化皮,内壁干净无积垢。
