用 Ｈ Ｐ Ｌ Ｃ 分析技术，比较测定了苏丹和中国 Ａｒｉｓｔｏｌｏｃｈｉａ 属共５ 种植物中马兜铃酸 Ａ 的含量。实验结果表明苏丹的 Ａｒｉｓｔｏｌｏｃｈｉａ ｂｒａｃｔｅａｔａ Ｒｅｔｚ ．根的含量略高于四种中国产 Ａｒｉｓｔｏｌｏｃｈｉａ 属植物根和根茎中的含量。本方法回收率和 Ｒ Ｓ Ｄ 分别为１００ ．８ ％ ，６ ．３５７９ ％ 。
The contents of aristolochic acid A in 5 plants in the genus Aristolochia from Sudan and China were determined by using the H P L C analysis technique. The experimental results show that Sudan’s Aristolochia bracteata Retz. The content of roots was slightly higher than that of the roots and rhizomes of four plants of the genus Aristolochia in China. The recovery of this method and R S D were 100. 8 %,6. 3579 %.
