目的评价18F标记的脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射计算机体层成像(18 F-FDG PET/CT)在结节病患者病情评估中的价值。方法回顾性分析15例不同累及范围及不同分期的结节病患者检查资料,比较CT和18F-FDG PET/CT对病变检出能力,分析最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与病变累及区域数目及辅助检查指标的相关性,比较胸内结节病与全身结节病及不同分期的胸内结节病的SUVmax。结果 15例患者PET图像上均有纵隔和肺门淋巴结放射性浓聚,全身放射性浓聚最高部位SUVmax为2.3-18.9(6.83±4.31)。PET/CT检出37处病变区域,平扫CT检测出26处。SUVmax与病变累及区域数目、血清血管紧张素转换酶(SACE)及24-h尿钙浓度呈正相关(r=0.56,P=0.029;r=0.757,P=0.018;r=0.694,P=0.026)。结论 18F-FDG PET/CT可用于评价结节病的累及范围和病情活动程度。
Objective To evaluate the value of 18F-labeled deoxyglucose positron emission computed tomography (18 F-FDG PET / CT) in the evaluation of sarcoidosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 patients with different extent and different stages of sarcoidosis patients check the information, CT and 18F-FDG PET / CT detection of lesions, the analysis of the maximum standard intake (SUVmax) and the number of lesions involved and assisted Check the correlation between the indicators, compare the intrathoracic sarcoidosis and systemic sarcoidosis and different stages of thoracic sarcoidosis SUVmax. PET / CT detected 37 lesions, plain CT detected 26. There was a positive correlation between SUVmax and the number of lesions, serum ACE and SAC 24-h (r = 0.56, P = 0.029; r = 0.757, P = 0.018; . Conclusion 18F-FDG PET / CT can be used to evaluate the extent of sarcoidosis and extent of disease activity.
