本文叙述了取直角坐标广义参数的机构分析与综合方法,其基本要点是取机构件上的选定点坐标作广义参数按杆长不变的条件列出约束方程式。关于机械综合还同时介绍了位移矩阵法,把机构构件的有限位移看作一种仿射(运动)变换,并用齐次坐标的变换矩阵来表征这一位移。所述方法原则上可以解决平面连杆机构的所有分析与综合问题,此方法也可以推广到空间机构上去。最终都归结为求解高阶代数非线性方程组,文件也介绍了求解的数值方法。
In this paper, the mechanism analysis and synthesis method of generalized parameters of Cartesian coordinates are described. The basic point is to take the selected points coordinates of machine components as the general parameters to list the constraint equations according to the condition that the bar length is constant. Displacement matrix method is also introduced in Mechanical Synthesis. Finite element displacements of mechanism components are considered as affine (motion) transformations and the displacement matrix is characterized by a homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix. In principle, the described method can solve all the problems of the analysis and synthesis of the planar linkage, and the method can also be extended to the space agency. In the end all boils down to solving higher-order algebraic nonlinear equations, and the document also introduces numerical methods for solving them.
