目的探讨长期深静脉留置导管在放置及使用中出现问题的原因和处理方法。方法对近年来我科长期导管放置失败、常见并发症及处理进行分析和总结。结果 47次置管手术中有2次置管失败,4例术后血流不畅;随访的36例患者中,1例因栓塞拔除,1例因卡夫脱出拔出,5例因原发病死亡,其余目前均正常使用。结论通过了解导管失败的原因,提高操作技术、正确处理导管使用常见的并发症,可以提高导管放置的成功率,延长导管的保留时间。 Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of long-term deep venous catheter placement and use problems. Methods In recent years, our department failed to place long-term catheterization, common complications and treatment analysis and summary. Results Of the 47 catheterization procedures, 2 failed catheterization and 4 had poor postoperative blood flow. Among the 36 patients who were followed up, 1 patient was removed by embolization and 1 patient was withdrawn by Kraft, and 5 patients died of primary disease , The rest are currently normal use. Conclusion By understanding the causes of catheter failure, improving the operation technique and correctly handling the common complications of catheterization, the success rate of catheter placement can be increased and the catheter retention time can be prolonged.
