利用分离式霍普金森杆(SHPB)对3种超高强度钢G54、A100、G31的动态压缩性能进行了研究,并对微观组织进行了观察分析。结果表明,在应变速率10-3~1000 s-1范围内,A100和G54钢高应变速率敏感性比较高,G31钢高应变速率敏感性较低;在应变速率1000~5000 s-1范围内时,A100和G31钢的高应变速率敏感性较高,G54钢的高应变速率敏感性较低。3种超高强度钢中,绝热剪切敏感性最低为G31钢,G54、A100钢的绝热剪切敏感性接近。
The dynamic compressive properties of three kinds of ultra-high strength steel G54, A100, G31 were studied by using split Hopkinson bar (SHPB). Microstructure was observed and analyzed. The results show that the high strain rate sensitivity of A100 and G54 steel is high at the strain rate of 10-3 ~ 1000 s-1, and the high strain rate sensitivity of G31 steel is low. When the strain rate is in the range of 1000-5000 s-1 , The high strain rate sensitivity of A100 and G31 steels is higher, and the high strain rate sensitivity of G54 steels is lower. Among the three kinds of ultra-high strength steels, the lowest adiabatic shear sensitivity was G31 steel, and the adiabatic shear sensitivity of G54 and A100 steels was similar.
