优降糖(Glibenaclamide,HB419)是一种较好的磺脲类降血糖药,效力高,毒性很低,我院于1974年11月～1975年9月应用此药治疗糖尿病患者40余人。今将观察二个月以上的22例疗效情况介绍如下:
Glibenaclamide (HB419) is a good sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agent with high potency and low toxicity. Our hospital used this medicine to treat more than 40 patients with diabetes from November 1974 to September 1975. This will observe the efficacy of 22 cases more than two months are described below:
