目的建立测定盐酸头孢吡肟含量的荧光光谱法。方法盐酸头孢吡肟对十二烷基硫酸钠(SDBS)的荧光有很强的猝灭作用,通过SDBS的荧光强度与盐酸头孢吡肟的浓度的关系,可以计算出盐酸头孢吡肟的含量。结果测定效果良好,线性范围0.8～10.0mg/L,检出限为1.27×10-6g/L。结论本方法简单易行,灵敏度高,检出限低,可作为盐酸头孢吡肟的含量分析方法。
Objective To establish a fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of cefepime hydrochloride. Methods Cefepime hydrochloride had a strong quenching effect on the fluorescence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDBS). The relationship between the fluorescence intensity of SDBS and the concentration of cefepime could be used to calculate the content of cefepime hydrochloride. The results of the determination of good results, the linear range of 0.8 ~ 10.0mg / L, the detection limit of 1.27 × 10-6g / L. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate with high sensitivity and low detection limit. It can be used as a method for the determination of cefepime hydrochloride.
