利用振动斜坡法制备了Al-5Mg合金半固态坯料。研究了振动电压、斜坡长度、浇注温度和冷却方式对合金半固态组织的影响。结果表明,这些工艺参数对合金微观组织都有不同程度的影响;680℃时,50 V、40 cm、水冷浇注的Al-5Mg合金组织为均匀和圆整的近球形等轴晶半固态组织,晶粒平均等积圆直径为57.5μm,晶粒形状因子为0.63。
Al-5Mg alloy semi-solid billet was prepared by vibration ramp method. The influence of vibration voltage, slope length, pouring temperature and cooling mode on the semi-solid microstructure of the alloy was investigated. The results show that all these microstructures have different degrees of influence on the microstructure of the alloy. At 680 ℃, the Al-5Mg alloy with 50 V and 40 cm water-cooling cast at 680 ℃ is a uniform and round nearly spherical equiaxed grain semi-solid structure, The average circle-equivalent diameter of the grains was 57.5μm and the grain shape factor was 0.63.
