目的 :探计前列回春对实验性大鼠前列腺组织血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达的影响 ,阐明其抗前列腺增生作用。 方法 :雄性SD大鼠 6 0只随机分为正常组 ,模型组 ,雌二醇组 ,前列回春低、中、高剂量组 ,每组 10只。除正常组外 ,其他 5组均去势 ,去势 7d后给大鼠注射丙酸睾酮 4mg·kg-1·d-1,连续 1个月 ;同时给前列回春低、中、高剂量组按 0 .4、0 .8、1.6g·kg-1·d-1的比例灌胃给药 ;雌二醇组皮下注射雌二醇 2 .5mg·kg-1·d-1;模型组和正常组给予等容积蒸馏水。用药 1个月后处死大鼠取前列腺组织 ,用免疫组化方法检测前列腺组织中VEGF阳性细胞表达率。 结果 :前列回春各剂量组与模型组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,前列回春中、高剂量组与雌二醇组比较差异也有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :前列回春可抑制实验性大鼠前列腺组织中VEGF的表达 ,其表达量随药量的增加而降低 ,说明该药具有抗前列腺组织新生血管形成、抑制前列腺增生的作用
Objective : To explore the effect of forefront rejuvenation on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rat prostate tissue and to elucidate its anti-prostatic hyperplasia effect. Methods: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, estradiol group, and low-, middle-, and high-dose groups of rejuvenation at the front, 10 in each group. Except the normal group, the other 5 groups were castrated. After 7 days of ovariectomy, the rats were injected with testosterone propionate 4 mg·kg-1·d-1 for 1 month. At the same time, the low-, middle-, and high-dose groups were given The rats were intragastrically administered at the ratio of 0.4, 0.8, and 1.6 g·kg-1·d-1; the estradiol group was injected with estradiol at 2.5 mg·kg-1·d-1; the model group was normal. The group was given equal volume of distilled water. One month later, the rats were sacrificed to obtain prostate tissue. The expression rate of VEGF-positive cells in prostate tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: There were significant differences between the former rejuvenation dose groups and the model group (P < 0.01), and there were significant differences between the early rejuvenation middle and high dose groups and the estradiol group (P <0. 01). . Conclusion :Forefront rejuvenation can inhibit the expression of VEGF in prostate tissue of experimental rats. The expression level decreases with the increase of drug dose, indicating that this drug has anti-prostate tissue neovascularization and inhibits benign prostatic hyperplasia.
