目的:研究益肾喘宁汤对肾气虚哮喘大鼠的治疗作用,并探讨其对于肾气虚哮喘可能的治疗机制。方法:将50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、肾气虚哮喘模型组、中药组、西药组及中西药组(n=10),采用不同方案对除正常组外的其余各组进行干预治疗,采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测各组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-17(IL-17)以及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的含量,并观察各组大鼠肺组织病理学差异。结果:与正常组比较,肾气虚哮喘模型组BALF中炎性细胞数量、IL-6、IL-17值显著升高(P<0.05);而IFN-γ值显著下降(P<0.05)。经过益肾喘宁汤治疗后,中药组大鼠BALF炎性细胞数量、IL-6、IL-17值水平均显著下降(P<0.05),IFN-γ值则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:益肾喘宁汤对肾气虚哮喘大鼠有良好的治疗作用,作用机制可能与其减少炎性细胞的数量,并调控IL-6、IL-17、IFN-γ水平有关。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Yishenchuanning decoction on rats with asthenia asthma and to explore the possible therapeutic mechanism of Yishenchuanning decoction on asthma with kidney deficiency. Methods: Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, asthenic asthma model group, traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and western medicine group (n = 10). Interventions were given to the remaining groups except the normal group The levels of interleukin-6, interleukin-17 and IFN-γ in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of rats in each group were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) γ), and observe the histopathological difference of lung in each group. Results: Compared with the normal group, the number of inflammatory cells, IL-6 and IL-17 in BALF of asthmatic model group were significantly increased (P <0.05), and IFN-γdecreased significantly (P <0.05). After treatment with Yishenchuanning Decoction, the number of inflammatory cells, the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in BALF decreased significantly (P <0.05) and IFN-γ increased significantly (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Yishenchuanning decoction has a good therapeutic effect on rats with asthenospermia and asthma, and its mechanism may be related to reducing the number of inflammatory cells and regulating the levels of IL-6, IL-17 and IFN-γ.
