困扰我国农业发展的主要矛盾是：农业产业自身特点、地位与我国农业长期缺乏保护的矛盾；农业发展B益增加的资金需求与农业投入不断减少的矛盾；我国现行农业劳动力转移方式与提高农业劳动生产率的矛盾；农户超小规模生产方式与国内外大市场的矛盾等。克服这些主要矛盾，走出农业发展困境的选择应当是，思想高度重视，政策上扶植保护，资金上加大投入和加大法律对农业和农民利益的保障力度。
The main contradictions that plague China’s agricultural development are: the contradiction between its own characteristics and position in agriculture and the long-term lack of protection for agriculture in China; the contradiction between the increasing demand for funds for agricultural development and the declining investment in agriculture; the current transfer of agricultural labor in China and the improvement of agricultural labor The contradiction between productivity and the contradiction between the peasant household’s super-small-scale production mode and the big market at home and abroad. To overcome these major contradictions, the choice of going out of the dilemma of agricultural development should be that the thinking should be given high priority, the policy should be fostered and protected, the capital should be increased and the law should be strengthened to protect the interests of agriculture and peasants.
