采用泡沫陶瓷过滤片对高锰钢进行过滤处理。进行了金相分析 ,测试了密度、冲击韧性和耐磨性能 ,并与未过滤的高锰钢进行了比较。实验结果表明 ,经过滤能明显地减少非金属夹杂物、提高高锰钢的密度、抗冲击韧性和耐磨性能 ;批量生产结果表明 :经碳化硅质陶瓷过滤片过滤的高锰钢球磨机衬板的使用寿命提高了 0 .6~ 0 .7倍
