目的探索能有效提高劳动者职业卫生知识、意识与行为的干预措施。方法实行企业职业卫生管理员试点,对企业管理人员进行针对性的系统培训,再由企业管理人员对劳动者进行职业卫生知识培训和行为指导。结果劳动者的职业病防治知识、职业卫生法律知识、职业卫生意识行为等均有了明显的提高。结论实行推广职业卫生管理员制能使企业对劳动者的培训和告知真正落实,有效提高企业的职业卫生管理水平。
Objective To explore interventions that can effectively improve occupational health knowledge, awareness and behavior of workers. Methods The pilot implementation of enterprise occupational health managers, enterprise management personnel targeted systematic training, and then by the enterprise managers on occupational health knowledge workers training and behavior guidance. Results Laborer’s occupational disease prevention knowledge, occupational health legal knowledge, occupational health awareness and behavior have been significantly improved. Conclusion The implementation of the promotion of occupational health management system enables enterprises to train workers and inform them of the actual implementation and effectively improve their occupational health management level.
