去年第四季度,我公司为了试制万能越野车和凤凰牌小轿车,需要自制一批双曲线齿轮。由于设备所限,仍拟在普通机床上加工。笔者在本刊1953年8、9两期,曾介绍过在普通机床上加工弧形伞齿的方法,但对于双曲线伞齿轮,并不熟悉,因此去长春汽车厂学习,在那里得到该厂切削实验室张学孟及张明远等工程师的热心帮助,初步了解一些有关双曲线伞齿轮的计算方法,虽然不够全面和深入,但对几个有关数据已能掌握。回到上海后又得到郑兴泰汽车配件制造厂工人同志的大力协作,才使这次试制能够顺利完成。
In the fourth quarter of last year, our company needed to make a series of hyperbolic gears in order to trial the production of all-purpose SUVs and Phoenix cars. Due to limited equipment, it is still intended to be processed on ordinary machine tools. In the 8 and 9 periods of the 1953 issue of this publication, the author introduced the method of machining curved beveled teeth on an ordinary machine tool, but it is not familiar with hyperbolic bevel gears. Therefore, he went to Changchun Automobile Factory to learn and obtained the plant there. The cutting laboratory Zhang Xuemeng and Zhang Mingyuan and other engineers enthusiastically helped to understand some calculation methods for hyperbolic bevel gears. Although they were not comprehensive and thorough, they were able to grasp several relevant data. After returning to Shanghai, he was also greatly assisted by the workers’ comrades of Zhengxingtai Auto Parts Manufacturing Factory, which enabled the trial to be successfully completed.
