由于工作上原因,笔者在教学过程中曾经接触到一批高中物理后进生。如何才能在现有条件和环境中,让学生对学习物理产生兴趣,学好物理,提高物理水平。要科学辨证看问题,要严格遵循循序渐进原则,适当降低教学目标。重要的一步是如何优化课堂教学,从课堂教学内容、课堂教学方法及课堂教学艺术等相关方面入手,积极发挥课堂教学中有利的主要因素,同时根据对象的实际特点,有的放矢,发扬其他积极因素,敢于创新,努力探索物理课堂教学,提高教学质量。笔者在教学过程中有所感触,如何在课堂教学中提高物理后进生的物理水平,有以下几点粗浅的体会。
