1 背景美国Caterpillar 3500系列发动机由8、12、16缸“V”型机组成,其为直喷式、四冲程、缸径170mm、行程190mm机。1980年开始生产,最初工业用短时间单缸额定功率是:1800r/min时为74.6kW、1200r/min时为63.4kW。1986年单缸额定功率分别提高到93.2kW和82kW。在该额定功率下,目前采用的是锻铝活塞。它有冷却油道和三道活塞环。为了使其继续满足市场和客户不断增长的需要,其额定功率和性能须进一步提高,为此活塞需要重新设计。
1 Background The United States Caterpillar 3500 series engine consists of 8,12,16 cylinder “V” machine, which is direct injection, four-stroke, bore 170mm, 190mm stroke machine. Started production in 1980, the initial industrial short-time single-cylinder rated power is: 74.6kW at 1800r / min, 63.4kW at 1200r / min. Single-cylinder rated power in 1986 increased to 93.2kW and 82kW. At this rated power, currently used forged aluminum piston. It has cooling oil passages and three piston rings. In order to continue to meet the growing market and customer needs, the rated power and performance to be further improved, for which the piston needs to be redesigned.
