探讨微量喂养对早产儿血中胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平的影响,应用放射免疫法测定53例早产儿生后第1、第3及第7天血中胃泌素、胃动素水平。根据喂养情况分成微量喂养组和禁食组,并与正常喂养组进行比较。结果显示,微量喂养组和正常喂养组第3、7天的GAS水平和第7天的MOT水平无显著差异,但明显高于禁食组。因此,微量喂养可以增加早产儿GAS和MOT的分泌,促进其胃肠道的发育和成熟。
(GAS) and motilin (MOT) levels in preterm infants. The levels of blood gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MOT) in 53 preterm infants were measured by radioimmunoassay , Motilin levels. According to the feeding situation, it is divided into the micro-feeding group and the fasting group, and compared with the normal feeding group. The results showed that there was no significant difference in GAS level between the 3rd and 7th day and the MOT level on the 7th day in the micronutrient group and the normal group, but significantly higher than that in the fasting group. Therefore, micronutrient feeding can increase the secretion of GAS and MOT in preterm infants and promote the development and maturation of their gastrointestinal tract.
