针对2A12铝管接头的特点,对其进行了工艺分析,确定了该零件的热挤压成形工艺方案。利用数值模拟软件,分析了挤压余量的位置、初始变形温度、压力机工作速度对最大成形载荷的影响。通过多次模拟得到了2A12铝管接头热挤压成形的最优工艺参数,并分析了在最优工艺参数下,2A12铝管接头热挤压的成形过程和载荷行程曲线,从而保证了挤压件的质量。这能为实际生产提供理论基础。
According to the characteristics of 2A12 aluminum pipe fittings, the process analysis was carried out and the hot extrusion forming process scheme of the part was confirmed. The numerical simulation software was used to analyze the influence of the position of the squeeze margin, the initial deformation temperature and the working speed of the press on the maximum forming load. The optimal process parameters of 2A12 aluminum pipe joint by hot extrusion were obtained through multiple simulations. The forming process and load stroke curve of 2A12 aluminum pipe joint under the optimum process parameters were analyzed to ensure the extrusion The quality of the pieces. This can provide a theoretical basis for actual production.
