我们由骨碎补中提取分离出一种难溶于水.易溶于有机溶媒的新的化学有效物质。经化学成分测试、红外光谱分析及核磁共振波谱检测,均证明为内酯。用提取的内酯观察其对家兔血清脂质的影响。选取家兔32只,分为内酯组、造型组、吐温组、空白组。除空白组外,其余三组均用胆固醇及猪油造型5周,然后停喂脂质,内酯组每只家兔每天以内酯100mg 用吐温液乳化喂饲,吐温组只给家兔喂饲吐温以作对照。
