丹参素以活血化瘀称著,常用于治疗缺血性脑血管病,热休克蛋白70(HSP70)具神经保护作用。本文研究目的为:丹参是否也通过影响 HSP_(70)起作用。采用大鼠犬脑中动脉(MCA)线检模型。以免疫细胞化学及病理组织方法在同一动物中进行研究。结果发现在缺血90min 再灌注24h 后.对照组手术侧皮层 HSP_(70)免疫反应增强及皮层神经细胞有缺血性损伤,而丹参组(缺血90min 时给予丹参10g/Kg,体重 ip),则 HSP_(70)免疫反应增强,不仅免疫反应阳性细胞在数量上,而且在染色强度上均显著比对照组明显,而相应皮层神经细胞的缺血性损伤则较轻。提示丹参对局灶性缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,可能与它能影响热休克蛋白70合成机制有关。

These results suggest that the protective effect of Danshen on focal ischemia-reperfusion injury may be related to the mechanism by which Danshen can affect the synthesis of Hsp70.
