随着社会经济的迅速发展,科学技术也有着日新月异的变化,互联网的使用已普及到各行各业的诸多领域。企业发展、管理亦朝着信息化的方向发展与前进。人力资源管理信息化是企业管理现代化与科学化的重要标志,同时也是人力资源管理模式创新的重要体现。本文在讨论了企业人力资源管理信息化的现状及问题的基础上,提出了创新企业人力资源管理信息化的思路。
With the rapid social and economic development, science and technology also undergo rapid changes. The use of the Internet has spread to many fields in all walks of life. Enterprise development, management is also moving in the direction of information technology development and progress. Human Resource Management Informationization is an important symbol of modern and scientific management of enterprises, as well as an important manifestation of innovation in human resource management. Based on the discussion of the status quo and problems of enterprise human resource management informatization, this paper puts forward the idea of innovative enterprise human resource management informatization.
