通过对服役超过50年的双悬臂п梁桥病害形成原因的分析,对其结构的安全性进行评估,提出利用小纵梁增设偏置钢骨混凝土梁(SRC)、原主梁粘贴钢板补强以及更换桥面铺装等多种加固措施进行提载的加固方案。计算分析表明,加固后原主梁关键截面的弯矩、剪力值降低23%,主梁承载能力提高38%,荷载等级从汽—13级提高到公路—Ⅱ级,并具有一定超载能力。加固前后的荷载试验表明,多种加固措施能大幅度提高双悬臂п梁桥的整体承载能力和刚度。
Based on the analysis of the causes of the disease of double-cantilever five-girder bridges over 50 years in service, the safety of this structure is evaluated. It is proposed that the use of small longitudinal girders to add SRC beams, Replacement of bridge deck pavement and other reinforcement measures to carry the reinforcement plan. The calculation and analysis show that the bending moment and shear force of the key section of the main girder are reduced by 23% and the bearing capacity of the main girder is increased by 38%. The load level is increased from the level of -13 to the level of Highway-Ⅱ, and has a certain overload capacity. Load test before and after reinforcement shows that a variety of reinforcement measures can greatly improve the overall bearing capacity and stiffness of the double cantilever п beam.
