本文使用excimer(XeCl)泵激光产生的染料激光作为原子荧光的激发源测定了电感耦合等离子体中Ca、Mn和Cu的基态原子和离子的径向分布轮廓。作为比较,利用发射光谱法并采用Abel转换技术。也测定了激发态原子和离子的径向分布轮廓。对于低流速喷雾器的等离子体系,在较低的观察高度处,激发态原子和离子的分布轮廓彼此极为相似,都在等离子体的中心部位有一极小值;然而对于基态原子和离子,除Ca离子外,则具有钟罩形的分布。
In this paper, the dye laser produced by excimer (XeCl) pump laser is used as the excitation source of atomic fluorescence to measure the radial distribution profile of ground state atoms and ions of Ca, Mn and Cu in inductively coupled plasma. For comparison, emission spectroscopy and Abel conversion techniques were used. The radial distribution profile of excited atoms and ions was also determined. For the low-velocity nebulizer plasma system, at lower observation heights, the distribution profiles of the excited atoms and ions are very similar to each other and both have a minimum at the center of the plasma; however, for ground-state atoms and ions, in addition to Ca ions Outside, it has bell-shaped distribution.
