相关、遗传通径的分析结果表明,黄麻单株干皮重和单株纤维重2个产量性状与纤维束数呈高度正遗传相关。对2个产量性状的直接遗传通径以纤维束数和每束纤维细胞个数最大。纤维强力与纤维层数呈正遗传相关。纤维支数与每束纤维细胞个数表现负遗传相关。从相关遗传力分析结果看出,通过株高和分枝离地高间接选择纤维产量的相对效率高于通过解剖性状的选择效率。对所得结果在黄麻育种上的应用进行了讨论并提出建议。
The results of genetic path analysis showed that the dry weight of jute plantlets and the weight per plant of two cultivars were highly positive and genetically related to the number of fiber bundles. The direct genetic path to the two yield traits is the largest number of fiber bundles and the highest number of fiber bundles per bundle. Fiber strength and fiber layers were positive genetic correlation. The number of fibers is negatively and genetically related to the number of cells per bundle. From the results of related heritability analysis, it is found that the relative efficiency of indirect selection of fiber yield by plant height and branch height is higher than that of the selection efficiency by anatomical traits. The application of the obtained results in jute breeding was discussed and suggestions were made.
