金属粉芯型药芯焊丝的电弧特性严重影响着熔滴过渡及飞溅。本文利用高速摄像机对焊接过程的熔滴过渡进行了拍摄,分析了金属粉芯型药芯焊丝熔滴过渡类型随焊接参数的变化规律、熔滴过渡机理、飞溅特征等。分析表明:随着焊接参数逐渐增加,焊丝熔滴过渡类型依次为:短路过渡、排斥过渡、颗粒过渡,其中颗粒过渡频率较高,电弧稳定性较好,是金属粉芯型药芯焊丝的理想过渡模式;金属粉芯型药芯焊丝焊接飞溅类型主要有:气泡放出型飞溅、电弧力飞溅、爆炸飞溅、熔池飞溅。
The characteristics of the arc of the metal powder core flux cored wire seriously affect the droplet transfer and splashing. In this paper, the high-speed camera was used to capture the droplet transition during the welding process. The variation of the droplet transfer type with the welding parameters, the droplet transfer mechanism and the spattering characteristics of the metal powder core fluxed wire were analyzed. The analysis shows that with the increase of welding parameters, the transition types of wire droplet transfer are: short circuit transition, rejection transition, particle transition, higher particle transition frequency and better arc stability, which is the ideal of metal powder type flux cored wire Transition mode; metal cored wire flux cored welding splash types are: bubble release splash, arc force splash, explosion splash, pool splash.
