目的对达英35治疗功能失调性子宫出血疗效进行观察。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年1月间收治的108例功能失调性子宫出血患者作为临床观察对象,并分为观察组54例及对照组54例。对照组采取雌孕激素联合治疗,观察组采取达英35治疗,对比两组患者治疗疗效。结果果观察组总有效率(94.44%)要高于对照组(81.48%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达英35治疗功能失调性子宫出血可迅速缓解病情,副作用小,可促进患者恢复。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Da-35 on dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 108 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as clinical observation subjects and divided into observation group (54 cases) and control group (54 cases). The control group to take estrogen and progesterone combination therapy, the observation group to take up to 35 treatment, compared two groups of patients curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (94.44%) was higher than that of the control group (81.48%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Darun 35 treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding can quickly alleviate the condition, side effects, can promote the recovery of patients.
